Which Subjects are Covered? GCSE Maths, GCSE English (Language) & GCSE Science

Which GCSE Tiers are covered? This warranty covers students taking higher tier exams only except GCSE Maths where intermediate tier is also covered.

Who is covered? The warranty is offered to the SamAtHome subscriber and covers one student. The student covered isn't necessarily the same as the person who subscribes e.g. the warranty is offered to a parent who subscribes and would cover one GCSE student.

What must the student do? Complete the online course. In addition to data held on our system we will ask for proof in the form of printed tests and exam papers completed by the student. The student must attend their classes in the Subjects Covered at a recognised school or college for a period of 2 years. They must be studying full time. The student must complete their coursework (if required) and attend all final examinations. We are entitled to contact the school or college to verify this.

What should the parent/guardian do? Complete the Application for Cover and post it to us at Grade Warranty, SAM Learning Ltd. The Forum . 74/80 Camden Street, London, NW1 0EG. We must receive this no later than 30 days after subscribing to SamAtHome.

When Should a Claim be Made? Within 30 days of receiving your exam results.

What will you need to make a claim? A completed claim form and a copy of the relevant exam results notification. You will also need to supply all printed tests and exam papers for the full online course filled in with your answers.

How should a claim be made? A completed claim form with a copy of your exam results notification and your completed tests and exam papers should be sent by post to the following address: Grade Warranty, SAM Learning Ltd. The Forum, 74/80 Camden Street, London, NW1 0EG.

How will you get your money back? Once a claim is verified your subscription will be cancelled and your subscription fees refunded on your credit card.
