Internet Explorer 5 - Follow the instructions below to delete cookies on your computer.







1. Select 'Internet Options from the 'Tools' menu at the top of the Internet Explorer window

2. On the 'General' tab click the 'Settings' button

3. Click on the 'Custom Level' button

4. Click on the 'view Files' button

5. This will bring up a new window displaying all your cookies (if any). Change the view to see the details. Then click on 'Internet Address' to sort the files.

6. Delete all the SAM Learning cookies you find. These will be of the form: 'Cookie:[ANYTHING]@www.samlearning.com'. There may be more than one.

7. Close this window.

8. Click on 'OK'

9. Click OK again
